This study examines the poetic art of Muneer Momin, focusing on the complexity of his literary expressions and their socio-cultural significance. Grounded in Reader Response Theory, the research explores how Momin’s poetry constructs meaning through linguistic intricacy, symbolic representation, and the interplay of the said and the unsaid. Adopting a qualitative research design, the study employs textual and thematic analysis of selected poetic works to uncover patterns of expression related to language, resistance, and cultural identity. The findings reveal that Momin’s poetry is deeply rooted in human consciousness, reflecting psychological depth and socio-political realities while challenging conventional interpretive frameworks. His use of ambiguity, metaphor, and stylistic innovation situates his work within modern and postmodern literary traditions, requiring active reader engagement to make meaning. The study argues that, despite its apparent complexity, Momin’s poetry becomes accessible through the application of contemporary literary theories, enabling a nuanced understanding of his artistic vision. This research contributes to the broader discourse on Balochi literature by highlighting Momin’s role as a significant modern poet whose work serves as a medium of cultural expression and resistance. It further provides a foundation for future scholarly inquiry into his literary contributions.
